Monday – Thursday: 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Overtime on Fridays and Saturdays as needed
(Overtime is mandatory unless time off has been pre-approved.)
Upon direct hire, employees become eligible for weekly production bonuses currently averaging an additional $5.00/hour, with the opportunity for even greater earnings through strong team leadership and production performance.
The Production Foreman / Supervisor is responsible for overseeing safety, quality, production performance, and employee development on the assigned shift. This role directly supervises, trains, motivates, and supports hourly production employees while ensuring company standards and production goals are met.
This is a highly physical, hands-on leadership role. The Foreman / Supervisor is expected to work alongside the crew, perform production tasks, troubleshoot issues, and help maintain an efficient and positive work environment.
Lead, supervise, and train hourly production employees
Motivate employees while encouraging accountability, growth, and teamwork
Actively coordinate tasks to keep production moving efficiently and minimize downtime
Lead by example while upholding company CORE VALUES
Ensure employees are fully trained in safety, quality, and job functions
Maintain a safe working environment and enforce PPE compliance
Reinforce safety expectations daily and immediately address unsafe conditions or behaviors
Communicate unsafe acts, conditions, or injuries immediately to the Production Manager
Support preventive maintenance programs and safety initiatives
Maintain production performance, housekeeping standards, and plant metrics
Ensure work is completed correctly the first time and meets quality standards
Allocate staff and resources to meet production demands
Expedite product changeovers efficiently
Identify coaching and training opportunities when quality concerns arise
Troubleshoot mechanical and process issues and perform repairs or adjustments as needed
Operate forklifts safely and ensure preventive maintenance is completed
Complete shift reports and production paperwork
Support overall production needs while working directly with the crew on the floor
Strong leadership, supervision, and training experience
Mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills
Motivational and team-building abilities
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels
Basic computer skills, including Outlook, Excel, and Word
Ability to lead in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to stand and move for 8+ hours
Ability to perform physical labor in temperature extremes
Ability to twist, bend, reach, squat, and mount/dismount industrial equipment
Ability to perform hands-on production work alongside the crew
