Employees will start in one position and must fully learn and demonstrate proficiency before being trained and moved to the next role. This is a hands-on production position requiring reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Production line duties include:
Cleaner: Remove old labels and caps from propane tanks and place tanks onto a conveyor system
Scrubber: Operate machinery to safely remove remaining propane from tanks
Filler: Fill propane tanks and ensure accurate weight levels
Weigher: Verify tank weights to meet quality standards
Capper: Secure caps and move tanks down the production line
Stacker: Stack finished propane tanks for storage or shipment
Industrial production setting working with propane tanks
Repetitive, physical work throughout the shift
Must be comfortable with smells, noise, and a fast-paced environment
Ability to perform physical labor and stand for extended periods
Ability to lift and handle materials throughout the shift
Must be able to work Saturday's
Reliable and consistent attendance
Ability to follow instructions and learn processes step-by-step
Comfortable with repetitive work
Must pass pre-employment drug screen for THC
Must pass background check
Must be eligible to work in the United States
