Production Worker Tasks & Duties
*Assist with roll start-up board removal from the laminator exit and cut boards at the beginning of each production run.
*Apply hot melt glue to risers and properly place them under units.
*Cut scrap foam boards to fabricate risers as needed.
*Fabricate offline products according to production requirements.
*Perform routine cleanup to maintain a clean, safe, and organized production area.
*Rotate tapered products when necessary to ensure quality standards are met.
*Produce product and vented nail base products, including meeting all packaging and labeling requirements.
*Perform additional duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
*Operate and maintain machinery and production line equipment
*Feed raw materials into machinery
*Assemble goods on production lines and monitor the production process
*Carry out basic quality and testing checks
*Store goods and Fiberglass materials properly in the warehouse
Production Worker Shift Info
Day Shift, 6:00am to 4:30pm
Monday - Friday
Production Worker Qualifications (Requirements/Skills)
Production Worker experience preferred
GED / High School Diploma
Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
Able to pass a background check
Able to work in the US
Capable of reading and understanding production documents and safety manuals
Previous experience working in a factory is beneficial
Experience operating manufacturing machinery
Able to work as part of a team
Good communication skills
Basic math skills
Physical dexterity
Available for shift work
Able to pass a background check
Able to work in the US
