Pay Rate: $19.00–$21.00/hr (Depending on Experience)
Shift: Day Shift | Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
We are looking for a motivated Assembly II – Manufacturing Associate to join our team in Longmont, CO. This is a full-time, day-shift position offering competitive pay, great benefits, and opportunities for advancement. In this role, you will perform both routine and complex assembly operations, including machine setup, equipment use, and production support. You’ll work closely with Team Leads and management to grow your skills and prepare for promotion to Assembly III.

As an Assembly II – Manufacturing Associate, you will:
Safely operate assembly equipment and follow workplace safety standards.
Perform inspections and quality checks to ensure parts meet specifications.
Report equipment or part defects to Team Leads or supervisors.
Load, unload, and move items using machines, carts, or dollies.
Use tools, gauges, and calibration equipment as required.
Record production data and use Epicor ERP to log jobs.
Assemble components accurately and efficiently according to blueprints, work instructions, or manufacturing sheets.
Assist in training new employees and support cross-department training.
Keep the production area clean and organized.
Conserve materials and supplies to reduce waste.
Set up projects and recommend process improvements.
Perform other duties as assigned.
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
Experience with hand tools, power tools, or machine operation is a plus.
Basic math, reading, and communication skills required.
Ability to follow detailed instructions and work with minimal supervision.
Team player with strong attention to detail.
Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 35 lbs.
Frequent bending, twisting, reaching, gripping, and grasping.
Ability to stand and walk for 8–10 hours per shift.
Moderate to high noise levels in a manufacturing facility.
Work may involve using machinery or performing manual assembly.
Team-oriented production environment with conveyor-line processes.
Competitive Pay: $19.00–$21.00/hour (DOE)
