Customer Service Representative
We are seeking an experienced customer service representative for Hartwell, GA.
Position Details:
Type: Temp to Perm
Starting Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday 8a – 5p, Tuesday 8a – 7p, Wednesday 8a – 5p, Thursday 8a – 5p, Friday 8a – 12p
Job Summary:
Under direct supervision, workers communicate with the general public, internal customers, or external customers to provide information & services targeted at meeting customer expectations.
Details:
Update/Add Client VHN record.
Scan records to appropriate file in VHN
Schedules Appointments:
Check MDCD eligibility and GRITS immunizations records, backload as needed.
Prints GRITS record for Nurse to review.
Prints VIS Flyer form VHN and give to the patients.
Qualifications:
High school diploma/GED and one (1) year of experience communicating information in a customer service setting are required.
