Job Position: Warehouse Worker - Inventory, Shipping & receiving

Location: Terrell, TX 75160

Pay Rate: 16+

Description:

Job Title: Warehouse & Yard Coordinator

Mission

• Keep the warehouse and yard clean, safe, and well-organized.

• Receive and ship materials accurately and efficiently.

• Prepare materials for use in the shop.

• Support inventory management and report inventory updates.

Work Hours & Benefits

• Schedule: 40 hours/week (Monday–Friday), plus overtime if needed

• Benefits: Vacation, 401(k) – per company policy

Minimum Requirements

• Preferred Certifications: Forklift and overhead crane certifications

Tools & Equipment

• Forklift, pallet jack, rigging tools, Skytrak, cranes, chains, banding tools

Work Environment

• Shop/warehouse setting

• Must be able to lift 75 lbs, climb ladders, and work in both indoor and outdoor areas

Computer Skills

• Basic Microsoft Office (especially Excel and email)

• QuickBooks (preferred – about 5 hrs/week)

Requirments

• Keep the warehouse and yard clean and organized

• Store materials in an orderly and efficient way

• Handle incoming and outgoing materials (unloading, labeling, storing, packing, shipping)

• Help load and unload trucks using cranes and forklifts

• Regularly count inventory and keep accurate records

• Report damaged or missing items immediately

• Help keep waste areas clear and follow a regular dumping schedule

• Must be computer savvy

We are looking for someone who has the inventory, shipping, and receiving experience – from the computer to the hands-on handling and accountability of materials in these areas
