Maintenance Mechanic Tasks & Duties (What you'll do)
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical machinery and components
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical machinery, including 3-phase motors and components
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair PLCs and components (contactors, relays, fuses, overloads, breakers, capacitors, and electrical wires)
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair pneumatic and hydraulic cylinders
Diagnose and repair conveyor systems
Operate as a certified forklift driver, scissor lift, and/or boom lift driver
Work with various voltage systems, including 110v, 220/240v, 480v, and 3-phase motors
Utilize hand tools, torches, plasma cutters, electric meters, and calibration tools
Maintenance Mechanic Shift Info
2-2-3 Shift, 6:00pm to 6:00am
Will train on 2nd shift for 2 weeks from 2:00pm-10:00pm
Monday - Sunday
Maintenance Mechanic Qualifications (Requirements/Skills)
Resume required
Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
Able to pass a background check
Able to work in the US
Minimum of three years of experience in a maintenance role
Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
Experience with PLCs, conveyor systems, and facility maintenance
Proficiency in using hand tools, torches, plasma cutters, electric meters, and calibration tools
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and safety protocols
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
