You will assist golfers in completing their golf equipment purchases and trades so knowledge of golf equipment is REQUIRED
Think fast, find answers, and respond quickly to customer issues and product inquiries about clubs
Educate customers on Callaway Golf product features, advantages, and benefits
Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems
Assess customers’ needs and provide the correct solution
Record, organize and file customer interactions and profile/account changes
Schedule Information:
Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Rotating weekends 9am-3pm
Must have extensive golf knowledge that comes from playing the spot
You will need to be able to speak from experience to our customers while they are asking questions about particular grips, irons, wedges, size options, etc
Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
Excellent at communicating over the phone and handling phone systems
Strong computer skills and experience with tracking and recording call information, filing documents or updating customer profiles/accounts
High School Diploma
Able to pass a background check
Able to work in the US.
