Packaging Line Lead Tasks & Duties (What You'll Do)
Work on production line packaging up to 50lb packages
Other various tasks as directed by supervisor
Grave-10:00pm-6:30am
Slip sheet knowledge a plus but not required
Knowledge of various material-handling equipment an asset
Proficient in mathematics
Strong understanding of OSHA regulations
Possess a high regard for safety in the workplace
Able to lift 50 pounds unassisted
Able to work night, weekends, and holidays
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Able to work independently
Able to pass a background check
Able to work in the US
High school diploma or Equivalent with a preference for those who have some college education or technical training
Relevant experience in a manufacturing or packaging environment is essential
particularly in a supervisory or lead role
Strong leadership and communication skills are crucial as the role involves managing a team
